In 70% of cases, our Basic Interior Detail service can restore your car’s interior to a like-new condition, making it one of our most popular offerings. However, there are times when an interior requires more extensive work, which we call our Premium Interior Detail. If you’re concerned that your car’s interior is too dirty to handle, don’t worry! We’ve successfully transformed even the most challenging interiors in the past.
So what’s the difference with this detail?
With our Premium Interior Detail, we provide everything included in the Basic Interior Detail—just with double the effort, since the vehicle’s condition is more challenging. We also incorporate additional services such as carpet shampooing and extracting into this detail to effectively break down tough buildup that may have accumulated over months or years in your vehicle’s seats and carpeting.
Furthermore, we add protection to your vehicle’s interior plastics, vinyls, and leathers, such as the dashboard and seats, to restore them to their OEM finish. This helps prevent further damage from UV rays (such as cracking and flaking) and simplifies future cleaning.
As previously noted, we will shampoo and extract all carpeted areas and cloth seats (if applicable) to thoroughly remove staining and eliminate embedded dirt and odors lingering in your vehicle’s upholstery. Does that mean every single stain, odor, and blemish will be removed? Unfortunately, no. The effectiveness depends on the type of stain or odor, how long it's been there, and the material involved, so many stains and odors may not be completely eliminated. However, we will do our utmost to minimize their appearance and smell.
The final difference we’ll include will be either steam cleaning and extracting your carpet floor mats to eliminate deep stains and embedded dirt, or we’ll clean and apply a rejuvenating solution to your rubber floor mats to restore them to like-new condition and remove any persistent browning. This step will depend on the type of floor mats in your vehicle’s interior.
For most vehicles, this extra work won’t be necessary. However, for the small percentage that does require it, this will be your best option. Instead of the usual 2 to 4 hours, it may take 3 to 6 hours to bring the interior back to an acceptable condition. If you have an odor you’d like to eliminate, this is a great opportunity to add a Odor Removal (Scent Bomb) service. Depending on the type and severity of the odor, this may take up to a day to complete, especially if we’re addressing any urine, blood, or fecal incidents.
While this may seem extensive, it’s important to note that this level of service is only needed for a select few vehicles, and we’re more than happy to assist!

It's important to understand that even with the extra time and effort we invest, there are limitations to how much we can restore your interior to a like-new condition. Some stains or areas may not return to their original state, depending on factors like the type of surface, the nature of the stain, how long it’s been there, and more.
Additionally, if the fabric is in poor condition, we have to be cautious with our cleaning methods to avoid causing further damage. For example, if there are numerous stains on the headliner but it’s already sagging and the fibers are fraying, we can only clean so much without risking further damage. This applies to any plastic, leather, or fabric surfaces, so the results really depend on the current state of your interior. Our Premium Interior Detail Process

Perform vacuuming on all upholstery and carpeted areas, and use compressed air to blow out interior crevices. Then use fabric-specific cleaners and commercial-grade extractor to shampoo the fabric and effectively remove stains and grime.

Thoroughly wipe down and scrub all hard surfaces for a comprehensive clean, including steam cleaning where needed.

Apply UV protection to the dashboard to preserve it and prevent sun damage. Additionally, apply leather conditioner as needed to maintain and protect leather surfaces.
5.
Ensure that the windows and windshield are meticulously cleaned for optimal clarity and thoroughly clean the door jambs to remove dirt and grime.

Perform steam cleaning and extraction on carpeted floor mats, or clean and apply a protective treatment to rubber floor mats.
6.
Final Touch-Ups: An in-depth inspection will be conducted to identify any areas that may have been overlooked or that can be enhanced before returning the vehicle to you.

Any vehicle brought to us in a heavily soiled condition may be subject to an additional cleaning fee ranging from $50-$100. If possible, send us photos of your vehicle's current state for a preliminary assessment.
Premium Interior Detail FAQs
Do you come to me?
Yes, we are a fully-contained mobile detailing unit and can perform the wash at your home, apartment, or workplace. We service Bear, Christiana, Chesapeake City, Elkton, Glasgow, The Greater Wilmington Area, Havre De Grace, Middletown, Newark, Townsend, and more. We don’t charge a mobile fee, but depending on your location, we may require a minimum price for our service.
How long does this service take?
The duration depends on your car's condition. Generally, it can take between 4 to 8 hours, so we would need the vehicle for a full day to complete the service. We can provide a more precise timeline once we assess the condition.
Will my carpet and seats be soaked?
Not at all! Even though we use our extractor multiple times, by the time you receive your vehicle, about 90% of the interior will be dry. You won’t have to worry about waiting hours (or even days) for it to dry out.
Will this remove odors from my interior?
Depending on the type of odor, it may need a specific odor removal treatment. However, this thorough cleaning often reduces odors since we deep clean all surfaces. Once we inspect your vehicle in person, we can provide more detailed information.
Can you eliminate every stain?
The effectiveness of stain removal depends on the type of stain and the material it’s on, so some stains may respond better than others. With our extensive knowledge, experience, and a variety of tools and products, we can tackle most situations. However, even with these resources, some stains may not be completely removed.
